Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your credit card details and is subject to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy – Non-Special Event Days

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Jardin des Sens Saigon. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival time or fail to show up, a cancellation fee of €55 per person will apply. Please contact us at (+84) 28 3921 2345 or reservations@jardindessens.com.vn for any changes.

Seating Requests

We will do our best to accommodate all seating requests noted at the time of booking, but please note these cannot be guaranteed as table allocation is finalized on the day.

Dress Code

Guests are kindly asked to wear smart casual attire reflecting the relaxed sophistication of our dining room. Please avoid sportswear, beachwear, sleeveless tops, and flip-flops.

Children

Children over seven years old are welcome. We do not offer a children's menu but can slightly adapt tasting menus for children with prior notice.

Service Charge

A discretionary 10% service charge applies to tables of six or more guests, which is distributed directly to our staff.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment by debit card, credit card, and cash.

Gift Cards

Jardin des Sens Saigon gift cards are accepted for reservations, excluding special event days such as Valentine's Day or New Year's Eve, or events requiring prepayment.

Credit Card Surcharge

A variable surcharge applies to all EFTPOS, credit, and debit card payments.

Sunday Surcharge

A 10% surcharge applies to all food and beverage prices for reservations on Sundays.

Public Holiday Surcharge

A 15% surcharge applies to all food and beverage prices for reservations on public holidays.

Special Promotions

Only one special offer or promotion may be applied per booking.

External Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverages, including cakes and wine, are not permitted in the restaurant.
