This December, Jardin Des Sens Saigon opens the doors to its most enchanting tradition: The Christmas Cellar Dinner. Hidden beneath the festive décor of the main dining hall lies a candlelit wine cellar dressed in pine, golden ribbon, and the scent of cinnamon and oak.
In this private space, time slows. Laughter warms the stone walls. And a curated holiday tasting menu unfolds—designed exclusively by our Executive Chef and paired with rare winter wines from Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, and Northern Italy.
A Celebration for the Few
- 5-course festive tasting menu featuring foie gras, truffle chestnut velouté, slow-roasted quail, and holiday dessert artistry
- Champagne welcome and storytelling by our Head Sommelier
- Vertical wine flight with winter-pairing wines & cheese finish
- Live acoustic Christmas carols inside the cellar (Fridays & Saturdays only)
- Private seating for 4–10 guests, one group per night
