Our signature dish features pan-seared foie gras from southwestern France, gently caramelized to form a golden crust, served over a base of spiced pear compote and hazelnut praline crumble. A drizzle of aged port reduction ties together sweetness and depth.

The dish is paired with our sommelier's choice of Sauternes—the golden wine of Gascony—to create a symphony of warmth, acidity, and softness on the palate.
